To help attract new companies to Ypsilanti, the city partnered with the Ann Arbor economic development organization, SPARK for a special real estate tour.
Potential tenants were shown more than six available commercial office spaces in downtown Ypsilanti this afternoon. Its's part of program called Innovate Ypsi.
Phil Santer, who is vice president of business development at Ann Arbor SPARK, says that in addition to creating jobs, the program will bring in new people to Ypsilanti and boost the local economy by workers eating lunch at local restaurants and shopping in the area.
Anyone from the public is welcome to inquire about the available office spaces by contacting SPARK.
