Ann Arbor Public Schools To Distribute iPads And Chromebooks For Virtual Learning

AAPS

Starting next week, Ann Arbor Public Schools will start distributing technology devices that students need as part of their virtual learning for the fall.

Children who are part of the Young 5’s program, kindergarten, or first grade will receive iPads, while students in 2nd through 12th grades will get Chromebooks.  District spokesperson Andrew Cluley says parents will be able to start picking up the devices on Monday at one of four pick-up locations.

Andrew Cluley: We have it broken down by letter of your last name into windows of time spread out over the days next week. Monday through Thursday.

Parents need to register their child in order for them to be assigned a pick-up location to receive a device.  For information on how to register, click here.
