Dr. Ronald Flowers

One of the most pressing issues on college campuses is student mental health. Universities continue to invest in services and programs. At Eastern Michigan University, an effort has been launched to develop and implement a strategic mental health action plan. The task force is just beginning its work on the plan that is being called “Building a Community of Caring.” WEMU's David Fair talks about its goals and aspirations with Dr. Ronald Flowers. He is an EMU professor and chair of the task force.
