Home Sales and Prices Up in Washtenaw County

Washtenaw County's Treasurer Cathy McClary says increases in home sales and prices are another sign of economic recovery, but she says it won't immediately translate into more funds for local governments.  WEMU's Andrew Cluley explains why.
