Ann Arbor's Performance Network Theatre has closed its doors. The board of directors suspended all operations effective immediately earlier Thursday.
According to a press release the board determined they aren't currently financially viable. The theatre was founded in 1981 and had been reaching 40,000 patrons and children annually through it's professional series and the Children's Theatre Network.
A re-imagined production of Shakespeare's Richard the Third was running through June first.
