Better than 60 percent of voters turn down withdrawal question.
Voters in Freedom township have elected to stay in the Manchester Library District.
The ballot question asked " Should Freedom Township Withdraw From The Manchester District Library?"
The answer is a resounding "No". Of the 436 total votes cast, 264 supported staying in the district.
