Ari Weinzweig

The CEO and co-founder of Zingerman's in Ann Arbor, Ari Weinzweig is speaking at the Zing Train Speaker Series about "hope in the workplace."  After encountering some employees engaged in a non hopeful conversation, Weinzweig decided to do some research on the topic and plans to incorporate what he learned in his next book.

The Zingerman's CEO came up with several concrete tips on how to create an atmosphere of hope on the job and the benefits to employees and employers at no extra cost.  He says healthy hope balanced with concern can make a difference in the workplace and contribute to positive change.  He says hope helps people feel better about themselves and when they do, they do better work.
