Bob Baird Wins Republican Primary In The 55th State House District

Bob Baird won a three-way race in the Republican Primary in the 55th State House District. Baird moves on the November general election and will face Democrat Rebekah Warren.

Warren won her Democratic Primary over Shauna McNally on Tuesday. Warren is currently serving as State Senator in the 18th District. She is term-limited out of that position.

She was elected to the senate while serving as the 53rd District State House Representative and, under term-limit law, is eligible to serve one more term in the House.

Democrat Adam Zemke is the current representative in the 55th District. He is being term-limited out of office.
