Superior Township Voters Pass Two Tax Questions

Voters in Superior Township have approved tax increases for both police and fire services.

The police measure won support of almost 61-percent of voters. It allows for a 4-year, 2.75 mill tax levy.

The fire proposal passed with  over 67-percent of the vote. It is a 3.5 mill tax to be collected for four years.

Both of the millages will expire in 2022.
