Ann Arbor Art Center To Add New Murals In Downtown

The Ann Arbor Art Centerplans to add 10 new murals in the downtown area.  


The center has partnered with local business owners to transform their outside building walls into works of art during the next five months.  Mike Wolf is the exhibitions coordinator for the center and mentions some of the locations that local, national, and international artists will work on.

Mike Wolf: We have Circ Bar on First Street, Eightball, Blind Pig also on First Street. The Ann Ashley parking lot.

Wolf says artists will be allowed to choose what they want to feature in the murals.  The goal is to introduce new artists to local residents.  The center is currenty raising funds for the project.  For more information, click here
