A town hall meeting will be held this evening from 6PM to 8PM in Ann Arbor to discuss the latest dioxane plume situation in the area.

State representatives like Jeff Irwin from Ann Arbor will address the need to move quicker in cleaning up the 1,4 Dioxane contamination that was caused by a local company.

"There's so much they could be doing to get more of this pollution out of the ground and prevent the spread of the plume."

The Department of Environmental Quality will also be present to answer questions the public may have.  The meeting will take place at Eberwhite Elementary School.
