State Representative Yousef Rabhi Weighs In On Governor Whitmer's State Of The State Address

On Tuesday night, Governor Gretchen Whitmer delivered her first State of the State address, where she discussed such things as infrastructure, clean water, and the need for greater investment in education.  53rd District State Representative Yousef Rabhi (D-Ann Arbor) joined WEMU's David Fair this morning to share his thoughts on the address.
