The University of Michigan unveils its new football uniforms today, and there's quite a frenzy surrounding the switch from Adidas to Nike brand merchandise.
Thousands of people crowded into downtown Ann Arbor Sunday night waiting to be among the first to purchase the new U-M Nike gear.

Incoming sophomore Tiffany Loh didn't get close enough to the merchandise, but she was close to U-M football coach Jim Harbaugh, who made a surprise appearance before the crowd.
"I was like, one shoulder away from Jim Harbaugh. It was amazing. I tried to do a high-five, but I just couldn't get in there."
Several of the football team members tweeted pictures of their Jumpman/Jordan Brand cleats.

The new uniforms will be revealed at a private event in Detroit this afternoon.
