This week, "Art and Soul" focuses on the art of well being. 89.1 WEMU’s Lisa Barry talks with Sarah Hong of Jewish Family Services of Washtenaw County about her efforts to help local organizations maximize their fullest potential for happiness and wellness.

The Jewish Family Services of Washtenaw County (JFS Ann Arbor) seeks to improve a person's "bio-psycho-social needs." In other words, the group's mission is to make someone's whole self a little better on a physical, mental, and social level.
Sarah Hong regularly hosts a "Making Positive Changes" course, which will help people make wiser changes to their well-being and become more thoughtful in everyday life.
The social wing of JFS Ann Arbor is the Herb Amster Center. Its job is to create a happier and healthier environment for businesses through corporate training. Learn all about the center by visiting its website.
