Washtenaw County Health Department Expressing Cautious Optimism In Pandemic Fight

Over the last week, confirmed COVID-19 cases in Washtenaw County climbed above 600.  However, the number of people recovering has increased as well.  Washtenaw County spokesperson Susan Cerniglia spoke with WEMU's David Fair about the data and what it means, moving forward.
