Michigan Medicine Resumes Time-Sensitive Procedures, Surgeries

Michigan Medicineis starting to resume some services it had previously halted due to COVID-19.

Health system officials announced this week they are resuming and expanding operations for some time-sensitive procedures and surgeries.

They also state they are taking additional safety measures to protect patients and health care workers.

Michigan Medicine had previously suspended most of its non-emergency operations in March to help slow the spread of the coronavirus.
