This week, Art and Soul is about the culinary arts and 89.1 WEMU'S Lisa Barry is joined by food expert, writer, and host of the In Crowd every Sunday afternoon here on WEMU, Jessica Webster.

They’re also joined by special guest Tommy York, owner of Morgan and York Fine Wines and Specialty Foods in Ann Arbor.

Tommy York talks about how his food and wine specialty shop on Packard in Ann Arbor is transitioning to a community café and gathering spot.  Several food trucks will also be added to the location.

Jessica Webster also talks about an upcoming special dinner at Grange restaurant in Ann Arbor, known for its "farm to table" fresh food having a special Offal dinner in mid-March offering "nose to tail" food.

The James Beard award nominations are also discussed including Zingerman's Deli, which is nominated for an award.
