Art Auction for the Ann Arbor Skatepark
Thursday, Feb. 23, 7-10 p.m. Join Friends of the A2 Skatepark for a night viewing skateboard decks used as a canvas. Works by more than twenty artists from near and far will be auctioned to benefit, promote, and sustain the Ann Arbor skatepark nonprofit and programming such as All Girls Skate, Peace Skate (a partnership with Peace Neighborhood Center) and other free events to enrich the local skateboarding community. Located at Zingerman’s Greyline, 100 N. Ashley St. Come out to enjoy the DJ, light snacks, a cash bar, lots of skateboard art, and a great group of people. Admission is free of charge.
