The North Ingalls Band is a seven-piece indie folk-groove group hailing from Ann Arbor, Michigan formed in 2023. Each member of the band brings a unique sound that has been shaped through their own diverse personal experiences to the original music you hear from them today. As a group, they continue to explore and pull from each and every genre that catches their ears, lights a fire in their souls, and flows from their instruments.

Phil Ogilvie’s Rhythm Kings take the stage at Ann Arbor’s Zal Gaz Grotto for the Sunday Evening Rhythm Club, when the gang will romp through a cornucopia of classics from their huge library, as well as some newer additions. This local 10-piece big band led by trumpeter/trombonist Chris Smith specializes in the big band music of the late 1920s and early 1930s associated with Jelly Roll Morton and King Oliver. The Easy Street Jazz Band has played Dixieland jazz for over 50 years right here in Ann Arbor. Leader/trombonist Terry Kimura picks familiar tunes from the traditional jazz repertoire and blows the dust off some forgotten gems from Fats Waller, Jelly Roll Morton, Walter Donaldson, Hoagy Carmichael and other great composers from the early part of the 20th century. Kimura, Matt Collar (tr), Chris Tabaczynski (reeds) Pete Siers (percussion), Rod McDonald (guitar and banjo), Paul Keller (bass), and a guest pianist play great jazz for listening and dancing fun.

Annie Bacon is a writer and songwriter living here in Ann Arbor. In addition to her band, Annie Bacon & her OSHEN, she has also composed a Folk Opera, written a forthcoming novel on themes of motherhood & war, and is working on an original musical.
Forrest Hejkal is a performer, sauna builder, and crafter of experience born and raised in Ann Arbor Michigan. He has turned multiple barns into theaters, and has created national tours of street performance and living room theater. He is currently taking suggestions for new impractical projects.
