Ann Arbor state Representative Jeff Irwin is pushing measures at the State Capitol to protect the Great Lakes. In this week's 'Issues of the Environment,' Irwin tells David Fair about his efforts to move an oil pipeline from under the Straits of Mackinac and to better legislate the production, and unintentional disposal, of microbeads into our water system.
