The Green Room
The Green Room radio show is produced by Barbara Lucas and WEMU News Director, David Fair, serves as host and Executive Producer.
The Green Room takes listeners out into the community as Barbara Lucas explores important local environmental topics, which are often relevant statewide and beyond. Lucas not only gets to the heart of these issues, but provides a soundscape that supplements and enhances the subject matter, and advances the story in the minds of listeners.
The Green Room is a collaboration between the WEMU News Department and Washtenaw County Public Works. Contracted by Washtenaw County, Barbara also produces a monthly Green Room show with Ann Arbor's Community Television Network.
