Ann Arbor Restaurant Week is a semiannual event that celebrates the Ann Arbor dining scene, with 50+ area restaurants participating.
 
WEMU’s Lisa Barry talks with Sandra Andrade, executive director of Ann Arbor’s Main Street Area Association, about what to expect from the dining event scheduled to begin January 12th.
 

About Ann Arbor Restaurant Week

Ann Arbor Restaurant Week is a semiannual event that celebrates the Ann Arbor dining scene, with 50+ area restaurants participating.  It offers a great opportunity to try new places and cuisines.  There is an incredible range of restaurants offering new tastes for all budgets. 

Here's how it works:

$18 Lunch

Lunch is a $18 menu. It has an open format to offer restaurants the opportunity to create one, two or three courses. Many offer two for one pricing.

Dinner ($28 / $38 Chef’s Choice)

$28 Dinner
Most restaurants have a $28 fixed price, three course menu. Many offering two for one. $38 Chef’s Choice A few restaurants will offer a Chef’s Choice menu, this is meant to give Chef’s more freedom with their dish composition.

Restaurant Week Photo Contest & Shopping Discounts

Follow @MainStreetAnnArbor on Instagram and tag #annarborrestaurantweek or tag us on Facebook.  Post a photo of your Restaurant Week dish.  Each day, we will choose two winners to receive a $50 gift card!!

Also, area shops will be celebrating Restaurant Week by offering special discounts to diners.  See website for details.
