During this time of the year, many of us think about how we can get and stay healthy for the rest of the year.

It's no secret that exercising will help you stay healthy.  It's recommended that you work out at least 30 minutes a day.  But personal trainer Julia Collins from Ypsi Studio says it's not all about working out:

"It's 75% kitchen and 25% gym. So, you know, what ends up happening is sometimes people say, 'Hey, I just worked out!' They go home, eat 7 or 800 more calories than they actually burned up."

Collins also recommends using fitness apps on your smartphone to help you stay on track.
