Each year, the Ypsilanti area holds "Ypsilanti P.R.I.D.E. Day," which encourages residents to promote local businesses and beautify their neighborhoods. In this week's "On the Ground-Ypsi," WEMU's Patrick Campion and Concentrate Media's Brianna Kelly chat with Barbara Davenport, vice president of foundation and leadership for the Ann Arbor-Ypsi Regional Chamber, and Ypsi Baseball Project founder Conan Malmer about this year's cleanup event, which is now called "Ypsilanti Proud."
