Dr. Prof. Leonard King celebrates his 76th birthday and the release of five new CD's from his record company, Uuquipleu Records (pronounced yoo-kee-ploo). His group, OOPAPADA, will perform featuring Ben Green-trumpet; Alex Colista-saxophones; John Raleeh-trombone; Eli Bucheit-keyboard; Rocco Popielarski-bass; and Dr. Prof. Leonard King-drums & vocals. The event takes place at the Cadieux Cafe, 4300 Cadieux Road, Detroit MI 48224, Sunday February 18th--3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
