The holidays can be a difficult time of year for many people.  WEMU's Lisa Barry talks with local author, speaker, and co-host of the TV show "MI Healthy Mind" Elizabeth Ann Atkins about how we can cultivate our own personal style of wellness and feel peaceful within.  

Atkins, who writes and speaks about "cultivating human harmony through the written and spoken word," says she is using her life lessons to help people define their own personal style of wellness.

She has several events coming up in January and February that the public can attend.
