Fall classes are starting at college campuses across Michigan.  Here, in Washtenaw County, Eastern Michigan University is holding its classes online only for the first three weeks, while the University of Michigan is taking an online/in-person hybrid approach.  Washtenaw County Health Department spokesperson Susan Cerniglia joined WEMU's David Fair to discuss the latest.
