The Ypsilanti Community Schools board of education will meet tonight

A vote on whether or not the district should start an elementary international baccalaureate program in the fall will take place.  Sharon Irvine is the school board president.

"One of the things that we're looking to do is start the program at pre-K through two as an option program. Then, that would grow to grades three through five that following year."

Demolishing vacant school buildings will also be discussed.
