Governor Gretchen Whitmer says she expects the Gordie Howe International Bridge will open soon. That’s after the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority announced today's ribbon-cutting won’t take place while unspecified issues between the U.S. and Canada are resolved. Rick Pluta reports.
