Ypsilanti, MI – An Eastern Michigan University lecturer has found a world record holding cyclist has essentially the same maximum capacity to do work at age 54 as he did a decade ago. Cyclist Michael Secrest returned to EMU Monday, a decade after tests showed he had a fitness level better than most 20 year-olds.
