Washtenaw County, MI – Washtenaw County's Board of Commissioners has approved a grant application to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and the brownfield redevelopment plan for Ann Arbor's old Georgetown Mall. The commissioners' Ways and Means Committee, however, postponed consideration of backing a loan for the project, and a public-private partnerships investment policy.
