Washtenaw Economic Club To Discuss 'The Future Of Mobility'

Wikimedia Commons

The future of mobility will be the focus of a panel discussion taking place Tuesday at Washtenaw Community College.

The talk is being organized by the Washtenaw Economic Club and will cover a variety of topics, including self-driving cars and the shift towards electric vehicles.

Washtenaw Economic Club event organizer Loren Townes says the technology has become especially important for Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan.

“Since we’ve become an epicenter for research and development, we have to make sure our transportation infrastructure is working together,” Townes says.

More information about the event and how to attend can be found here.
