Ann Arbor Planning Commission Expected To Approve Community Bath House

A community bath house is expected to move one step closer tonight to opening in Ann Arbor.

The Ann Arbor city planning commission is expected to approve the site plan for the over 12,000 square foot bath house at tonight's meeting.

"Sun Baths," which will be located on North Main Street in Ann Arbor, includes both public and private bath areas, as well as a large pool area.  Plans were submitted for the $3.5 million Ann Arbor bath house three months ago, and the planning commission is expected to vote in favor of those plans tonight.

The bath house also includes three private spas accommodating between one and eight people at a time, and is expected to open early next year.
