Washtenaw County Health Department To Offer COVID-19 Testing This Sunday In Manchester

The Washtenaw County Health Department will conduct COVID-19 testing at a pop-up site this Sunday in Manchester. 


Testing will take place from noon until 6 pm at Riverside Intermediate School on East Main Street.  The Michigan National Guard will assist the health department with the free drive-up and walk-up event.  Susan Cerniglia is a spokesperson for the health department.

Susan Cerniglia: The National Guard, for some time now, has been supporting testing sites. These pop-up testing sites across Michigan. And that’s really to supplement local staff and local testing capacity.

A nasal swab test will be available for people with and without COVID-19 symptoms.  Results will be ready in a couple of days.
