One of Ann Arbor's oldest parking structures is getting a $5 million update. The Downtown Development Authority has approved an improvement plan for the building at Fourth and William.
The parking structure will also be getting a tenant - Greyhound has been an approved to lease space as a temporary home. According to DDA Executive Director Susan Pollay Greyhound isn't going to be the only business moving in. As part of the upgrades a portion of the first floor will be built out, but what specifically will go into the new space beyond Greyhound isn't known yet.
The DDA still needs to complete construction drawings for the renovations and select a contractor for the work.
