Dessous, located in downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan on S. Main Street combines culinary influences from around the world, incorporating the diverse backgrounds of the people who have been part of this project over the years.  Being extremely passionate about food and influenced by different heritages, the menu brings together a mélange of flavors, textures and contrasts.  There are influences of Indian origin that features a homemade naan recipe, made one at a time on a cast iron skillet for every guest.  There is also a touch of the spice markets in Jerusalem, a hint of Cuban cooking from the neighborhoods in Miami, and classic culinary principals from France for a unique experience you won't soon forget.  Click here for the food menu and here for drink menu.
