Democratic Representative Debbie Dingell has been re-elected to an additional two years in office after defeating Republican challenger Whittney Williams. Dingell checked in with WEMU's David Fair to discuss plans for serving the newly-drawn 6th Congressional District.

The results are in, and incumbent Democrat, Jeff Irwin, will serve another term as State Senator. Irwin currently represents the 18th district, but redistricting moves him to the newly drawn 15th district. Irwin joined WEMU's David Fair to discuss his plans for the next four years.

Christopher Taylor has been re-elected as Ann Arbor’s mayor. The Democrat defeated independent candidate Eric Lipson and write-in candidate Dylan Manna, earning a little more than 76% of the vote. WEMU’s Josh Hakala reports.

The results of last night's midterm elections results weren't complete until about 10am Wednesday morning. At that point, the writing was on the wall, and it was pretty clear Ann Arbor's Community Climate Action ballot proposal was going to pass.
