Student Orientation Session for newly enrolled students: We'll cover everything you need to know for a great start, including Academics, Attendance, Dress Code, and our Learning Management System. We'll also give you a tour of the campus and classrooms so you know exactly where you're going, and we'll help you set up your new laptop. We try to have some fun, too!

Opened in 1983, the Ross Medical Education Center Ann Arbor campus is located near the Secretary of State in the Glencoe Crossing strip mall on Washtenaw between Golfside and Carpenter. The campus is easily accessible by both MI-23 and I-94 and is situated on the south side of the city, just north of Ypsilanti.

Before there were cameras, astronomers put pencil to paper to record what they saw. Using the Observatory’s historic and modern telescopes, learn how to image the sky like a nineteenth-century astronomer. If weather prevents observing, we’ll simulate the experience with images taken from our instruments. Part of the Imagining the Cosmos series.

Join us to observe the night sky with the 1857 Fitz telescope and our collection of modern instruments.

Located on Central Campus next to Alice Lloyd Hall and Couzens Hall. Free admission; no registration required.

The Observatory will be open for exploration even if the weather does not permit telescope observing. We strive to always have interesting things for you to do!

Last visitors admitted 30 minutes prior to closing.

Join us for local food trucks, live music, bounce house, and activities for all ages in an inclusive space where neighbors can gather while supporting our homebound senior neighbors.

Admission includes tickets to exchange for food & beverage at a variety of food truck vendors.

R and R Band: 1:15pm-3pm
